How many PRF kits should I purchase to get started?
Most practices choose to start with 10 PRF kits to support initial patient demand and maintain operational flexibility. That said, we do not have a minimum order requirement, so you are welcome to order just one kit to start if you prefer to trial the product before scaling. Higher volume practices may opt to begin with 20 or more kits to ensure consistent availability.
Should I start with PRF kits or PRP kits for my business?
Both PRF and PRP offer strong clinical and commercial value. PRP is widely recognized and commonly used for microneedling and hair restoration, making it an excellent entry point. PRF is a more advanced regenerative option with a fibrin matrix and is often positioned as a premium treatment. Many practices choose to start with PRP and add PRF as patient demand grows, while others launch with both to maximize treatment flexibility.
What machine is used for PRF kits?
PRF kits require a clinical centrifuge capable of running PRF specific protocols. Our Integrity centrifuge spins both PRF and PRP. For liquid PRF, the centrifuge must be able to adjust RPM to approximately 1100, set a spin time of 6 minutes, and accommodate a 15 mL tube. When creating PRF Bio Filler, the Bio Filler machine is also used in conjunction with these kits to convert liquid PRF into a gel. The components included in the PRF kit are specifically tailored to support every step of the PRF Bio Filler process, from preparation through final product creation.
Does the PRF starter package include EZ Gel?
The PRF Starter Package is designed to create liquid PRF. Our PRF tubes are capable of producing a product very similar to EZ Gel once processed properly. If you would like to create PRF Bio Filler, you will also need to purchase the cooling cup and the Bio Filler machine, which are used to convert liquid PRF into a gel consistency suitable for volumization and structural support.

Can I use the Integrity Centrifuge for PRP and PRF?
Yes. You can use the Integrity Centrifuge for both PRP and PRF. Depending on the practices volume new providers opt in for our PRP/PRF Combo Starter Package or add a bundle of PRF tubes to their PRP Starter Package.
How many procedures can be done with the PRP/PRF Combo Starter Package?
Our Combo PRP/PRF Starter Package features two options: Option one includes 5 Classic PRP kits, each with two 15ml PRP tubes. Option two provides 5 PRP Biotin kits, each with two 15ml PRP tubes and a 1ml vial of biotin. Both options come with 10 PRF Tubes.
What qualifications and training are required for administering PRP/PRF and Microneedling treatments?
PRP/PRF/Microneedling procedures can only be performed by a licensed medical provider (RN, NP, PA, or MD) and is subject to state medical laws. Training for each procedure that is being offered in your practice is highly recommended.
